Rent a Meeting Room at the Stearns History Museum

 

Looking for a one-of-a-kind location and experience for meetings, trainings, or conferences? The Stearns History Museum offers a unique setting in Heritage Park. Bring your own food and drink or have it catered in!  Space also offers free parking and access to museum exhibits.

  • Events may be held from 10AM to 5 PM, Tuesday-Saturday
  • The Stearns History Museum will review the event plans to ensure compatibility with our mission
  • Please note the following types of rental events are not permitted at the Museum: public or private fundraisers, auctions, graduation parties,  wedding receptions, political events, baby showers
  • Sorry, candles are not permitted

 

Room Rental Capacity

Up to 40 people classroom style with tables
Up to 25  people in discussion style (U-shape) with tables
Up to 75 people lecture style (chairs only)
Up to 15 people in the Board Room

Please note: The room arrangement of tables, chairs and other furniture can change the room’s capacity.  The large meeting room can be partitioned off for breakout sessions.  Please indicate this when you are filling out paperwork!

Pricing Information

Non-Profit: Large Meeting Room $200 – full day (4 plus hours), half day- $100 (3.5 hours or less) | Board Room $125 – full day (4 plus hours), $65 – half day (3.5 hours or less)

Commercial Groups: Large Meeting Room $250 – full day (4 plus hours), $125 half day (3.5 hours or less) | Board Room $150 – full day (4 plus hours), $75 – half day (3.5 hours)
